FAQ
Common Questions
Why does my Wi-Fi camera keep going offline?
Almost always weak Wi-Fi at the camera, the wrong band, interference, or a router/password change. I check the real signal at the camera and sort the cause, not just reconnect it once.
Why won't my Tapo or Eufy camera connect?
Most consumer cameras need a 2.4GHz network and a strong signal during pairing. I get the pairing done and make sure the connection is solid where the camera actually sits.
Can you set up a camera I bought myself?
Yes. Customer-supplied cameras are welcome — I'll set it up, position it and make sure the app and recording work.
