Common Questions
Why won't my Ring doorbell connect to Wi-Fi?
Usually weak signal at the door, the wrong network band (many doorbells prefer 2.4GHz), a password change, or a router swap. I get it connected and check the signal is strong enough to stay connected.
Can you set up a Ring doorbell I already bought?
Yes — customer-supplied doorbells are fine. I'll mount it, connect it, set up the app and test everything works.
Do you do the electrical wiring for a wired doorbell?
No mains electrical work. I handle battery and low-voltage/app setup. If your install needs mains or transformer wiring, that's a job for a qualified electrician and I'll tell you straight.
