CCTV App Not Working or Not Showing on Your Phone?
For systems that used to show on your phone and now don't. This is usually a router, Wi-Fi, port or app problem rather than a broken camera — exactly the kind of network fault I'm set up to trace.

FAQ
Common Questions
Why won't my CCTV show on my phone?
Usually the recorder has lost its route to the internet — most often after a router change, a Wi-Fi password change or an app update. The camera is normally fine; the path between it and your phone is the problem.
I changed my router and lost my CCTV — can you fix it?
Yes, this is one of the most common jobs. A new router means new network settings, so the recorder and app need reconnecting and the remote viewing re-establishing.
Why does it work at home but not when I'm out?
That points to a remote-access or port issue rather than the camera. It's a setup fix on the recorder and router, which I can sort during a visit.
