FAQ
Common Questions
Why is my DVR not recording?
Common causes are a full or failing hard drive, the recording schedule being off, motion-detection settings, or a power/connection fault. I check storage and settings to find which it is.
Why won't my CCTV playback work?
Either it isn't recording in the first place, the footage has been overwritten, or you're searching the wrong time/channel. I confirm whether footage exists and why playback can't reach it.
Can a CCTV hard drive be replaced?
Yes. Recorders use standard surveillance hard drives. If yours has failed I can advise on the right replacement and fit it so recording works again.
